When the seasons start to change from summer to fall, out comes the muffin pans. Banana bread (and baking) is a great way to start autumn off right.
I use this recipe when I make banana bread and I find that the bread comes out deliciously moist. The key is to add the flour last. I made muffins instead of bread this time, using baking papers and
keeping it in the oven for 20-25 minutes. If you want, you could go
wild and add nuts, chocolate chips, or cinnamon. I was feeling crazy so
I added ground flax seed.
